All ready-to-ship orders are packaged within 24 hours and are taken to the post office on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once posted, an email containing tracking information is sent. For custom journal orders, once the final fee is paid, orders are packed up and shipped out on Tuesdays and Fridays with tracking information sent via email.

Sorry, friend! Because everything is handmade and many items are made-to-order, all sales are final. But if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us.
